DAMAGED/MISSING MAIL

  • I handled damaged/missing parcels case by case! Reach out to me ASAP if you have an issue with your order :)

PARCELS RETURNED TO ME

  • PLEASE make sure to double-check your address when purchasing! If there’s an issue with delivery and I receive your parcel back, I can either refund the value of the items (not shipping), OR you can pay additional shipping to have me resend your parcel.
